I approach counseling as a process in which we work together to identify your needs and goals. My goal is to work with you to develop feelings of control, hope and optimism regarding your life circumstances. I believe successful counseling requires you to be willing to make changes in your patterns of thinking and behaving. Changing lifelong patterns of behavior is difficult but possible with support, education, and motivation.
